Where is the ceremony being held?
The ceremony is being held in the Roma Street Parklands, on the lawn beside the Harry Oakman Pavilion. This area is most easily accessible via Wickham Terrace, alternatively you may wish to stroll through the beautiful parklands as you make your way to the pavilion area.
Where is the reception taking place?
The reception will take place at Lefty’s Music Hall - 15 Caxton Street, Petrie Terrace, QLD
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at Roma Street Parkland by 1:30pm, as the ceremony will be commencing promptly at 2:00pm.
The reception will take place from 3:00pm at Lefty’s Music Hall.
Is there parking available?
Street parking around Roma Street Parkland and Lefty’s Music Hall can be limited, especially on weekends. Alternatively, there are options for paid parking near the venues including:
- Roma Street Parkland Car Park
- The Barracks Secure Parking
You can book spots online using Cornerstone Parking (Roma Street Parkland) or Secure Parking (The Barracks)
What is the easiest way to get from Roma Street Parkland to Lefty’s Music Hall?
Walking from the ceremony to the reception venue takes about 20 mins through the parklands and along Roma Street, and Caxton Street. For ease, we would recommend driving, catching a cab, Uber, or Josh’s favourite mode of transport - Lime Scooter.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony is outdoors on the lawn area beside the Harry Oakman Pavilion. If rain is present on the day, the ceremony will take place in the pavilion, which can only cover so many people. So please bring an umbrella if it is raining! The reception is indoors.
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please kindly RSVP by September 11th 2025 to ensure we can advise the venue of final numbers and dietary requirements.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Unless specified, we are unable to accommodate plus-ones or extra guests.
Can my kids come?
As much as we love your little ones, we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding.
Is there a dress code?
The dress code is smart casual. Be comfortable and enjoy yourselves!
Do you have a gift registry?
Your presence at our wedding is the best present we could ask for. We do not have a gift registry, however there will be a place for guests to leave well wishes and cards at Lefty’s
